H3DII-50 Portrait tests

I picked up the camera just weeks ago and haven't shot much with it. A couple of my friends and I were hanging out and I asked if I could snap a few images of them.

hey nice shots. how do you do that light spot behind the head?. is that done in camera or is it done after in postprocesssing/retouching?. i have tried before with a snoot but never get close to that kind of "perfection" thanks

Thank you. The backdrop light was possible by a 10 degree grid attached to a reflector, set lower and aimed up to match the height of the subject's head.

Hi Shelby,

great Portraits! My favourite is pic2, although I wished there was a little more space on the lefthand side.

Nonetheless great details, colours and sharpness!

Cheers and thanks for sharing
Mike
