Amazing what I can see and learn every day. I've never heard of this little Mantis and had to look it up. I'm in USA and from what I can see it doesn't exist in this part of the world. Nice catch.

I don't believe there are any native to the UK here - I keep captive bred ones as pets, they are all so fasinating to me.
This is setup on my desk, I gave a nice fat green bottle fly as its reward after the photoshoot
