Tokina 50-200

He please help me with some info!

I am thinking about buying an Olympus e-420 or e-520, but I am not sure whether I will be able to use it with my Tokina 50-200 lens:

.... which worked together with my Olympus OM40..
So my question is, if this lens works together with my OM40, will it work with the e-420 or 520?
