Hi all! I don't know if there actually is a question in this post, or am I just thing aloud? Has anybody ever run into this?
A few weeks ago, I posted a shot that I took at the Burger King drive thru, WITH the subject's permission. There were two guys in the picture, and when we went back last night, one of them was working the window again.
When we pulled up, we asked him if he'd like a copy, and he said emphatically NO! My boyfriend told him, 'no, no, we're not selling it to you, you can have it. Can we stop back and bring it?' To which we got a stern no thank you. This is a young guy, pretty OK looking; I just don't get it.
I just didn't know what to do with this. I was sort of embarrassed for asking. Normally, in my experience, people react positively to this. What puzzles me is that he was fine with me taking the shot.
