Could you tell me which monitor of these two harms my health the most?

By their looks, they look old and equal.

They are both older, lower quality monitors that would be hard to calibrate for accurate color....... the only thing they would harm is your image to print workflow!!!!

physics of light says that lesser the brightness and contrast of monitor, lesser the number of charge particles striking the screen and hence lesser the emission of rays like X-rays!!!!
