Rhode Island has a Dragonfly Problem?

I had been hearing Rhode Island where @Barbie Heid is from is having a Dragonfly Problem? Hope all is OK over there. There're harmless normally but it could be a Nuisance.

Just remembered she's from Connecticut, not Rhode Island but it's up North, and close by.

It even made the local news: swarms descended on people at one of the largest beaches and I guess it got crazy.
 
It said Rhode Island. I thought of. You in Connecticut, which is close to Rhode Islaand. I had gotten the two places mixed up. Hope Connecticut wasn’t affected by the swarm.
