When you take a tour of Bayeux Cathedral, you can't help but be struck by the stained glass windows shown here on the left.
At night, they continue to create a unique play with light.
Designed by Véronique Joumard to replace those destroyed by a storm in 1760, they combine prisms that iridesce daylight with dichroic glass assemblies whose composition varies the color according to that of the sky.
