Hi,

A few weeks ago, an opportunity to buy a H3dii 22 presented itself. It proved to be irresistable. I have the impression the HC 100 f2.2 that came with it is not too bad either. :-)

Now I have to find out how I can get the most out of this combo, especially in outdoor model shooting. I also happen to own a Canon 5D mkii, with about the same pixel count. So ideal for comparisons. I want to believe! :-)

Welcome here and congratulations on the new H camera you bought.

Of course you have an ideal opportunity to compare both systems.
The only thing they have in common is the amount of pixels.
First hand experience is the best experience.
I will not disclose what conclusions others have reached, see for yourself :uhoh:
