G%25 Firmware Update

I have a G5 Model PC1039 and I tried to download the FW Update from: http://web.canon.jp/Imaging/psg5/psg5_firmware-e.html but when I enter my Serial Number (10 digits - beginning 999xxxxxxx) the number is not recognised. Can anyone tell me where at Canon I can get the firmware for this camera?

I have done such an firmware upgrade...
with some shaking hands, as that might go wrong I thought.

but it did the job perfectly...

On the CF the flash is still available, maybe it is possible to send you the file..?
