Abandoned rail line

I am not able to get out with my camera much at the moment so I decided to dig through some old photos.

These photos were taken at a small village named Michelago located 54 kilometres south of the national capital Canberra and 370 kilometres by rail south of Sydney. The railway station and the line through here opened in 1887 and was closed in 1986 after 99 years of operation. The photos were taken on 18th May 2019.

Nice to see your post! #1 has a nice lonely feel to it. #2 is my favorite... like the angle/lighting and you can almost hear the rocks underfoot as you walk.
